Udupi, Aug. 21: Sri Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated herein
Rashtotthana Vidya Kendra – Udupi, Cherkadi. In the program, the school principal Smt. Purnima S. D. offered prayers to the idol of Krishna. A third-grade student, Aryan, spoke about the importance of Sri Krishna Janmashtami.Small children came dressed as Sri Krishna, Radhe, Yashoda, and Gopi and others. They performed a dance depicting the childhood pastimes of Sri Krishna.Later, students, teachers and the driving staff participated in the adventure of breaking a Curd pot through a pyramid and celebrated by breaking the Curd pot.
ಉಡುಪಿ, ಆ. 21: ರಾಷ್ಟೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ ಉಡುಪಿ, ಚೇರ್ಕಾಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಜನ್ಮಾಷ್ಟಮಿಯನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲಾ ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯೆ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಪೂರ್ಣಿಮಾ ಎಸ್ ಡಿ ಅವರು ಕೃಷ್ಣನ ವಿಗ್ರಹಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂಜೆಯನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಿದರು. ಮೂರನೇ ತರಗತಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಆರ್ಯನ್ ಶ್ರೀ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಜನ್ಮಾಷ್ಟಮಿಯ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಕುರಿತು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಪುಟ್ಟ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಶ್ರೀಕೃಷ್ಣ, ರಾಧೆ, ಯಶೋಧ, ಹಾಗೂ ಗೋಪಿ ಇನ್ನೂ ಮುಂತಾದ ಛದ್ಮವೇಷಗಳನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿ ಬಂದಿದ್ದರು. ಶ್ರೀ ಕೃಷ್ಣನ ಬಾಲ ಲೀಲೆಯನ್ನು ಸಾರುವ ನೃತ್ಯರೂಪಕವನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು.ನಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಚಾಲಕ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳು ಪಿರಮಿಡ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಮೊಸರು ಕುಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಒಡೆಯುವ ಸಾಹಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಿ, ಮೊಸರು ಕುಡಿಕೆ ಒಡೆದು ಸಂಭ್ರಮಿಸಿದರು.
