Udupi, Jan. 24: Ratha Saptami was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra Udupi, Cherkadi. Smt. Chetan Badekar, Academic Director, Chira Educational Trust and Research Scientist, CEREM India were the chief guests of honour. The students gave an insightful explanation about the significance of Ratha Saptami. The students presented a well-organized yoga demonstration and a disciplined performance of 108 Surya Namaskars. The chief guest, Smt. Chetan Badekar, addressed the gathering and stressed the importance of integrating traditional values with modern education and scientific perspective.
ಉಡುಪಿ, ಜ. 24: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ ಉಡುಪಿ, ಚೆರ್ಕಾಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಥ ಸಪ್ತಮಿಯನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಚಿರಾ ಎಜುಕೇಷನಲ್ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ನ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕಿ ಮತ್ತು CEREM ಇಂಡಿಯಾದ ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಚೇತನ ಬಡೇಕರ್ ಅವರು ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ರಥ ಸಪ್ತಮಿಯ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಒಳನೋಟವುಳ್ಳ ವಿವರಣೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದರು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸುಸಂಘಟಿತ ಯೋಗ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನವನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ 108 ಸೂರ್ಯ ನಮಸ್ಕಾರಗಳ ಶಿಸ್ತುಬದ್ಧ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದರು. ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಚೇತನ ಬಡೇಕರ್ ಅವರು ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಆಧುನಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಯೋಜಿಸುವ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
